Campaign to Raise Awareness of the Social Determinants of Health

Faith-based organizations collaborate to inform Tennesseans about the impact of the social determinants of health (SDOH). The SDOH are the non-medical factors that affect health outcomes. These non-medical factors include all the conditions in which Tennesseans are born, grow, work, live, worship and age. The collaboration is a multiple-month campaign launching August 6, 2024 via a virtual convening at 6:30 p.m. CST.
