The Memphis People’s Convention, referred to as The People’s Primary, ensures voters are adequately engaged, informed, and empowered for the Shelby County Primary election. Grounded in the results of the Memphis People’s Agenda, #UPTheVote901 believes it is best that candidates state where they stand (and have stood) on the issues most citizens are concerned about (Memphis City/Shelby County Budget, Crime and Public Safety, Labor and Wages, Education, Housing and the Environment).
